Kabbalistic Order of The Rosy Cross Degree              One-Stage one -lesson Four

1.    God created man in his own image

“So God created man in his own image and after his own likeness. Male and female created he them “ And God blessed them and said unto them, “be fruitful and multiply and replenish the Earth and subdue it “ … From the above biblical words, we can establish

these facts:

1.    God created man in his image and after his likeness

2.    God loves man

3.    God gave man power to rule over the Earth Kingdom

4.   Man being like god, he can also create

5.    God gave man power of free will

2.   You have a stupendous power

The big difference between man and other creatures of God is that God gave man a super brain kept inside is skull. No bother creature has been so greatly endowed. The reasoning faculty of man is so fantastic that he is subduing the Earth Kingdom in all areas. The other creatures of God have remained in the original state which God created them and will continue to remain in that original state till the end of the world. In case of man, you have a stupendous power. The powers you have can make you and unmake you will become whatever you want to become if only you can make use of there stupendous powers. Ordinarily we call it free will, but spiritually it is magical powers. If you like you can make yourself healthy, wealthy, and happy by these magical powers.

3.    Destiny

It is at this stage necessary to discourse this important topic of which many people know very little about it. The dictionary definition of this word is, what will happen to a man in future which he may not avoid etc etc. Generally speaking there are two schools of thought … Those who say “Si cera cera “ and those who say “your future s in your hand” Which side do you belong? Or may be you do not belong toany of the two groups.

There are two types of destiny, Cosmic destiny and Individual destiny. When we say Si cera cera, we are talking about Cosmic Destiny. When we say your future is in your hand, we are talking about Individual Destiny.

Cosmic destinies are those destinies fixed by immutable laws that cannot be . change. That you are not a beast but a human being is fixed by immutable laws, that you are – African, a Nigerian, a Male or female, of a particular tribe, of a particular family, in a particular tribe, that you are born health not handicapped are all fixed by immutable laws. You have no powers over them. These are your Cosmic Destinies. They are responsible for what you have become now, and they are still going to be responsible for what you will become in future.

Individual Destiny is that God given Free Will, or stupendous powers over your day to day actions. When you take a decision over something, you are exercising that free will. Your decisions can be right or wrong. If most of your decisions in life are wrong, your future destinies will be bleak If most of your decisions are right, your future destinies will be bright.

We all build our destinies through the daily decisions we take. There is need for us to be careful in taking decisions for we are going to meet the result in future.

4.   The individuality of man

We as human beings are not the same . We are different in many ways. The difference among us is much. Some men are decent, some are rough, some are godly, some are ungodly. Some are trustworthy some untrustworthy. What makes the ‘difference among us are our applications of our free will.

What we are therefore preaching is that this powers of free will which contain intangible forces can give you an edge over your competitors. Each time you take a decision, you take a step in fabricating your future destiny. Minor decisions you think might not be important can be very

important; e.g When to get up from bed in the morning, when to brush your teeth, when to bath, what to eat, when to dress, how to dress, when to go to work, etc are factors responsible for your future destiny.

5.   Major and minor decisions

There are two types of decision you take in life: Major Decisions and Minor Decisions. All of these decisions are very important. Let me give you some examples of major decisions you must take in life: Your profession that is the job you are doing now. Your wife or your husbands were your decisions. The house in which you are living now, the car you are riding all these are your previous decisions and they are affecting you positively or negatively now. I have talked a lot about the minor decisions which you take in hundreds, in a day. They are equally very important to your life. In Lesson one I advised you to think very deeply before taking important decisions. Sometimes it may be necessary to take ,advise from people on important matters but be careful, make sure the person advising you is competent to db so. Whatever advise given to you, reconsider it again, you can accept or reject the advise. If you are good in divination, you can investigate on it.

6.   Make direct contact with you god

Your sanctuary and altar are not for prayers and spiritual exercises alone, they are the places where you can contact your God, your soul, and other inner spirits. Make sure you sit down before your altar for one or two minutes daily. If you have nothing to say , they may have something to tell your.

7.    Its all “Tom Foolery”

None spiritualists have no peace of mind though they believe they have peace of mind . They run from pillar to post. Today they are in Redeem, tomorrow they are in Deeper Life, next tomorrow they are in Mountain of fire. They are always looking for miracles and what they see is “Tom Foolery” The dead will rise, the lame will walk, the deaf will hear , the blind will see, etc. All of the above can be stage managed. There are two cases that cannot be stage managed. The two cases are the hunch backed and the albino. I challenge any pastor under any church to heal the hunched back or restore the skin of the albino. These cannot be stage managed of course. All these miracles all over the world are “Tom foolery”

8.   Energy follows thoughts

As you think, you become. Think of a man who has a house. Some years ago, he must have been thinking of building a house. He must have been thinking of the type of a house he wanted. When the taught was deep enough he decided to buy a piece of land. He started thinking of the design of the house and finally the building started and becomes a landlord.

Whatever you think about yourself, you become. If you think of yourself as being poor, you will be poor. If you think about yourself of being rich you will be rich. But it is not only to think big, it is also important to act big. Taught without action is but day dreaming. Let your thought be big and energy will follow it and you will be great. The God that does it is the God within you. Look for God within you not in the camp or among the crowd nor in any church auditorium.

9.   Who or What is God?

The conception of God vary according to groups of people. Most people see God as the creator of both heaven and earth. They see God a big father who controls all powers in the world.

Spiritually, God can be viewed in two ways, First as a Macrocosm — that is God is so vast that every creature and in fact the whole universe is within him, in other words the heavens and the earths are in the womb of God. The second way to conceive God is as a Microcosm This means that the totality of God is inside even the most minute creature in the universe. In other words, the totality of God is inside of you. These two aspects of God we call, God within and God without. The almighty Living God you kneel before when you are praying to Him. He is the vast countenance. He is the God without. The other aspect of God is that which you alone commune with silently in your heart. God say “be still and know that I am God “ We spiritualist believe in the God within. We communicate with our Go1s by ourselves. We do not believe in the thunderous noises called prayers. Pray to your own God Not to the God of Babalola, Or God of Adeboye or God of Kumuyi. You have your own God. Do not abandon your own God for another person’s God. This God within is very important. He is with you 24/7. He sleeps with you, he eats with you, he works with you. You can talk to him any time ,any where, silently or audibly. During emmargeny, it is this God that comes to your aid. It is terrible mistake to believe another person’s God is superior to your own God.

The God without is approached as a group, for worshiping, adoration , praises and prayers. But for personal things it should be between you and your God.

10.                 Create your goal

It is necessary at this stage to create your goal in life if you have not already done that. Write it on paper and cram it in your head. Say it aloud to yourself in the morning and in the

evening . If you want big achievement in life you must have a life goal. When we are talking about goal many people do not even understand. I have asked more that one hundred people this question What do you want to achieve in Life ? This is about the common answer. Me, I just want to have a good family, a good house, a car and money to feed the family and send the children to school.

Wonderful!! But all the above have nothing to do with the life goal we are talking about. If you really have a true life goal, all of the above will automatically follow. Suppose your life goal is to become a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) without praying for them, you will have a wife, children, house, cars, money etc. you can see what I mean. Why don’t you aim to become the President of your country? The Governor of your state, a Vice Chancellor of a university, a Professor, The Chief Judge of your state, even the Chief Justice Of Nigeria, why not a Minister etc. Do you know any of these people who have no wives, no children, no cars, no houses etc. Now create your life goal. It may not be as big as those above but it must be reasonable.

All your spiritual activities, your actions, your efforts, your ,prayers must be directed towards your life goal. If you comply with this rule, you will be moving steadily upwards. Suppose when you joined the organisation you were just a clerk in a super market, your goal could be to establish your own supermarket or you were a clerk in a big company, can’t you aim at becoming the M.D of the same company.

11.Education is one thing, ambition is another

Most people think they must read, and read, and read until they obtain a lot of academic qualifications before they can be successful. This will only guarantee a job that you can do for a short while and quit. These intangible forces are still necessary. It is better to have degree that is needed in labour market than to have one that is not needed. When choosing a career therefore you must be careful

12.                  A lot of people suffer in silence

As human beings, we must make mistakes. But when we make mistakes we feel reluctant to correct the mistakes before it is too late. We make mistakes in marriage, we make mistakes in choosing our jobs we make mistakes in the houses we rent etc Making mistakes is common with man and correcting the mistakes is the best solution.

EXERCISES

1.    You will need two boxes under your altar. The two boxes can be of the same size . Each box can be about the size of a car battery. Labe’ one “PRAYER REQUESTS” And the other, “OFFERINGS” The offering box will have a hole for slotting money into it. It will also have a key. The request box will have no hole but only key to open it. If you want to make a request from God, write it in a sheet of paper and put it in the ‘request box ‘Each time you gd into your sanctuary for spiritual work, bring out these requests from the box put them on a white plate , read out the requests one by one and return them into the box. If the prayer in a request is answered, separate it. At the end of the day’s spiritual work, burn it off in the white plate, rub the burnt request paper into aches and into powder and blow it into the air. Then put some amount of money into the offering box to show appreciation to the forces which made the request to be answered. In the offering box always put some amount of money each time you achieve something through spiritual exercise. Open the box twice a year and collect the money in it. 10% of the amount is to be sent to me, your spiritual Master. The remaining 90% is for you to improve your sanctuary. You can buy, altar cloth, matches, candles, bottled water, olive oil, honey, soap, sanctuary wine, incense, perfumes, robe, sword, wand, challis etc etc as you need them.

13.                  It is a calling

Being in an organisation like this is a privilege. It is a calling. It means God loves you. You will observe one thing, the very moment you are in this organisation, your life has changed. You will start to observe some unexpected luck coming into your life . You will start to have confidence in yourself.’ You will see that you are already enjoying some unexpected peace of mind. To every ne corner in an organisation like this, a spiritual guide is assigned. The guide is to protect the new member against any impending danger or problem. You will be observing this in the various events that ‘will be coming your way. Please do not fight. Do not quarrel. Be friendly with people who are friendly with you. The spirit of God is already in you. Your spiritual practice is your private affairs , it is not a matter of public discussion. If some people show interest in spiritual study, introduce the organisation to them. If some want you to help them through prayers, collect their prayer requests and put them in ‘your Prayer Request Box, and attend to them when you enter your sanctuary. If their requests are answered, you can ask for offerings. You may ask, What do I know yet to be helping people? Don’t worry, in the next lesson which is the last lesson of stage one I will give you two tools with which you will be working until additional ceremonies are introduced.
